By using this platform, you acknowledge the following absolute conditions:

  • No Data Storage: We are a "stateless" tool. We do not store, view, or backup your invoices. If you close your browser without downloading, your data is lost forever.
  • Not Professional Advice: We provide a software tool, not legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for tax compliance.
  • Strict Liability: You are solely responsible for the content of your invoices. Fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.

1. Definitions & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and MyInvoiceTemplate.com ("Platform", "We", "Us").

  • "Service": The invoice generation tools, templates, and scripts provided on this domain.
  • "Artifacts": Any PDF, JSON, or digital document created by the User through the Service.
  • "Client-Side Processing": The technological method where data input by the User is processed exclusively within the User's web browser, ensuring no data transmission to our servers for persistence.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • You represent a legitimate business or freelance entity.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

3. Stateless Architecture & Data Privacy

3.1 No Bailment (No Custody): You explicitly acknowledge that the Service operates on a "Stateless" basis. We do not act as a custodian, processor, or archive for your data. No bailment relationship is created.

3.2 Data Persistence: Data entered into the generator exists solely in your browser's Random Access Memory (RAM). Once the browser tab is closed or refreshed, the data is irreversibly purged. We cannot recover lost invoices. It is your sole responsibility to download and save your Artifacts immediately.

4. Prohibited Use (Anti-Fraud & AML)

The Service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Strict prohibitions include:

  • Fraudulent Invoicing: Generating invoices for non-existent goods or services (phantom shipping).
  • Money Laundering (AML): Using the Service to legitimize proceeds from illegal activities or to obscure the origin of funds.
  • Identity Theft: Impersonating another company, individual, or government entity within the generated Artifacts.
  • Tax Evasion: Intentionally misrepresenting tax rates, VAT/GST IDs, or transaction totals.

Violation of this section effectively terminates your license to use the Service and may result in us cooperating with law enforcement agencies if suspicious traffic patterns are detected.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CALCULATIONS (TAX, TOTALS, DISCOUNTS) WILL BE ERROR-FREE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL FIGURES BEFORE SENDING AN INVOICE TO A CLIENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYINVOICETEMPLATE.COM, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your generated Artifacts; (2) your use of the Service; (3) your violation of these Terms; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party (including intellectual property rights).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest modifications were verified. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's owners are established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in said courts.
